I only use Subutex in pregnancy at the present. There is more of a concern about abuse without the Naloxone. There are a couple of insurance companies that only pay for it if patient is pregnant.

I finally found out this was in West Virginia only, and it applied I think only to new customers at their pharmacies.

Someone in our office told me this and I was surprised and doubtful. I have not found any information about this elsewhere and so that is why I asked this question. Thank you for replying and confirming my suspicion.

From where did you hear that? I haven't heard that. It does not seem legit, or we would have had to have some notification by now.

I believe that is Kentucky and Tennessee state laws, not national, but I have heard nothing else about this.
