In Pennsylvania the age of consent for behavioral health maters is 14yo. Treat her as any other adult. In PA you would need her written consent to speak to her father.

Go for it.

Bupe is approved for pts 16 and up.

I would do frequent follow ups with an adolescent like this c drug screens q wk, at least for the first couple of months.

In my experience, young people generally are not as successful as older pts. Maybe the younger ones have not yet reached rock bottom or they think they're invincible.
