Unusual reaction to Suboxone

Suboxone is derived from thebaine,as is oxycodone. Because codeine is more abundant than thebaine in the poppy,a process has been developed to alter the structure of codeine to produce oxy. I would assume the same would apply to codeine and bupe. I would suspect there is enough in common to account for the similar allergic responce.
