Thanks MChaplin..I guess what impressed me --data solid enough for Harvard review of psych...such mortality and so low a natural sustained recovery rate..our responsibility to advise our pts how important for a period of length of time the data indicate to not omit any part of treatment w proved safety/ efficacy...nonetheless one of the psych I work w in an acute psych/addiction acute inpt treatment center main emphases is to at start document an early taper plan

very enlightening webinar earlier this week at the pcoos site saying basically MAT should be indefinite as the evidence for relapse post discontinuation is overwhelming....so the 100 patient limit is just not realistic
