Forged Rx for oxy with my DEA number

If it were me, I would let this fellow face the music and wouldn't get involved. As for the DEA, no one is better than you with dealing with them.

An ex-partner once had her Rx stolen with pre-printed DEA number. (I always write mine in, never use pre-printed)
Anyway, The guy "cashed in" and died of an overdose.
