I have not. As you know, odanseteron works primarily on the 5 HT system and is seritonergic. As such, it's mechanism of action relative to neurotransmitter efficacy for amphetamines, in my mind is not clear. This is of course because amphetamines affect primarily the dopaminergic and noradrenergic systems. I have a fairly hard core female pt who was abusing extremely high doses of Adderall who is doing well on a combination of modafanil-400 BID, buproprion 150 BID, protripyline 10mg BID and gabapentin 3200 mg per day. She is able to function as a full time student and also care for her children and is not dysphoric. I have not found baclofen to be well tolerated.
