Insurance Reimbursement

I would speak with the pharmacist, and I have had to myself (I wasn't happy, but was kind and respectful as the pharmacist was just doing their job)for certain plans in my state, it either works out or it doesn't. That is their system. Is it right for us to need approval from a pharmacist? Of course not. Is it necessary for pt care in certain cases?
Unfortunately- it is.
