And to think I was wondering if it is I who had been disenfranchised, receiving no posts for several months, and now many, many very, very old ones. One of my colleagues departed the practice and took with him a set of patients whom he manages via skype for clinical contact, then escribes or calls in their bupe prescriptions. Made a big gap in the clinic schedule here in LaGrange. Not sure that passes muster, either.

We do. I understand that, for one, it can be a risky combination with buprenorphine on board. In addition, many addiction recovery plans strongly advise against its use. Obviously, it would be unwise in those for whom it has been a problem.
